Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

All original packaging must be included.
⚠️ Opened items, damaged packaging, or altered products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Trading cards (raw or graded)

Collectible Figures/Models with opened or damaged boxes after delivery

Clearance or sale items

Digital products or gift cards
Due to the collectible nature of these items, all sales are considered final once opened.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The packaging

The shipping label

- Failure to provide photos within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Approved claims will receive either:

A replacement (if available), or

A refund to the original payment method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method only within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Condition Disclaimer:
We take great care in accurately describing and photographing all items. Minor factory imperfections, shelf wear, or manufacturer defects may occur and do not qualify as damage.
For trading cards:

Centering, surface marks, edges, and corners are subjective

Raw cards are not guaranteed to grade at any specific level
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issues.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account restrictions and denial of future purchases.
